Due the situation in the upper region of Seghers it has beautiful views to the city, the sea, the port, the mountains, Gibraltar and Africa. The city, the yachting port and the beach can be reached in a few minutes walk. In the harbour are Bars, discotheques and as well restaurants and shops. To the villa belong its own pool and a spacious garden with fruit trees. The villa is individually furnished after elevated standard and equipped for up to 6 persons. It is equipped with e.g. Satellite TV, open fireplace and Jacuzzi. The kitchen is fully furnished on a high standard. In each of the three bedrooms are large double beds. There are terraces around the house which invites to relax. The villa will be cleaned once a week - also during the stay.
